Carbon Reporting & Greenhouse Gas Data Analytics Learning Facilitator

About the role

Vertical Institute, a leading AI training provider in Singapore, is seeking a passionate Learning Facilitator to deliver practical sustainability training. You will guide working professionals through carbon accounting, greenhouse gas measurement, ESG data, and carbon analytics, helping them apply these concepts in real business contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led sessions in classroom and virtual settings.
• Deliver courses on carbon accounting, GHG measurement, sustainability reporting, ESG data and carbon analytics.
• Lead hands‑on workshops using real‑world datasets, emissions calculations and business case studies.
• Guide learners through exercises, assignments and capstone projects.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure training aligns with SSG/WSQ standards and adult‑learning best practices.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers to keep materials current with evolving sustainability standards.

Required profile

• ACTA or ACLP certification (or equivalent adult‑education qualification).
• Industry experience in carbon accounting, GHG measurement, sustainability reporting, ESG or environmental management.
• Working knowledge of frameworks such as the GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, GRI or ISSB.
• Experience preparing GHG inventories, carbon footprint assessments or sustainability reports.
• Experience delivering corporate training or adult‑learning programmes (preferred).
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
