Global Process Delivery Analyst II, Tier 3

About the role

Nike is hiring a Global Process Delivery Analyst II, Tier 3 for its APGC Global Process Delivery (GPD) team. You will partner with the GPD hub team, employees, managers, HR Business Partners, People Solutions Advisory, Payroll, Total Rewards, Global Process Owners and Technology teams to deliver projects and drive process enhancements that improve employee experiences and deliver scalable HR solutions globally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solve operational issues through process, system or service improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and recommend scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, compliance and employee experience.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to design, test and implement process and system enhancements.
• Support project delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, change readiness, implementation and post-launch support.
• Develop reporting, insights and recommendations to support operational performance and decision-making.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, controls and knowledge resources.
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement across employee lifecycle services.
• Share expertise and contribute to capability building across the team.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Technology, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Lifecycle, Process Excellence or related fields.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement, system enhancement, implementation or change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and levels.
• A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation, digital solutions and operational excellence.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to investigate issues, identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Ability to simplify complex information and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, reporting tools or similar HR technologies.
