Head of Sales APAC

About the role

Lorum is a clearing and treasury infrastructure company founded in 2023, which has grown 55x in 2025 and is applying for a U.S. national trust bank charter. As Head of Sales APAC you will build and lead the sales presence across Asia-Pacific, owning the region's commercial strategy and go-to-market execution. You will lead a team of five Account Executives today, with room to grow the headcount, and report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

The role is hybrid, with 4 days per week in the Singapore office. It suits someone who is hands-on, comfortable without a defined process, and able to add value from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own the APAC Account Executive team's management and performance, and coach the team to sell faster and more efficiently
• Own APAC's go-to-market strategy and team structure as the region scales
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Compliance on the region's needs
• Stay close to a small number of strategic deals early on, then hand them off to the team
• Help shape and validate the APAC go-to-market as the region grows

Required profile

• Experience selling into financial institutions (a must-have)
• Has managed and scaled a sales team with a focus on coaching and development
• Hands-on seller with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
• Strong understanding of APAC go-to-market and a network and senior commercial presence
• Nice to have: background in cross-border payments or fintech, and some earlier-stage company experience alongside large-enterprise experience
