Delivery Engagement Manager (Japanese and English Speaking)

About the role

SS&C is looking for an experienced, client-facing Delivery Engagement Manager (DEM) within its Global Deal Services Intralinks organization, which sits inside Global Custom Success Services and Support. The role is hybrid and based in Singapore, Japan or Hong Kong, and combines delivery management with pre-sales support. Fluent Japanese and English are required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead kick-off calls and present the implementation or delivery plan.
• Take part in client requirement-gathering sessions to understand the use case, requirements, infrastructure, pain points and existing systems.
• Recommend and design Deal Service solutions based on best practices and Intralinks product guidelines.
• Document artifacts such as requirement documents, custom processes and work instructions.
• Communicate requirements and coordinate with external partners, validate the accuracy of the implemented service, and give feedback on client feedback and improvements.
• Validate partner invoices against closed projects and seek upsell opportunities.
• Pre-sales: support sales with a consultative approach, prepare cost estimates with feasibility analysis, manage timelines and client expectations, and manage sales opportunities and pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business management, financial information systems or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Project management and business analyst experience required.
• Previous presales or sales-type customer success or customer-facing experience is essential.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams (sales, presales, customer service, legal, marketing, finance, product management, development).
• Strategic thinking about business, products and services, and strong organizational skills across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of financial markets (M&A, banking, capital markets, alternative investments).
