Senior Account Manager, FX Sales

About the role

LSEG's Senior Account Manager, FX Sales drives revenue growth and market share in Singapore and the broader ASEAN region by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing ones. Reporting to the Head of FX Sales, Singapore, the role combines business development with strategic account management, working with Product, Customer Success, Account Management and Regional Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue, growth, retention and target results across assigned accounts, and identify upsell, cross-sell and new business opportunities
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals and expansions, and build a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasts
• Own a portfolio of strategic FX clients, develop account plans and hold regular business reviews, strategic planning discussions and executive customer meetings
• Act as a trusted adviser on FX market structure, electronic trading workflows, liquidity management and regulatory developments, and represent LSEG at client events and industry forums
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing and Technology teams, and act as the escalation point for commercial matters
• Maintain account plans and opportunity records in CRM, and ensure compliance with governance, risk, regulatory and compliance requirements

Required profile

• Significant experience in business development, account management, sales or relationship management
• Track record of revenue growth, client retention and exceeding targets in financial markets
• Experience leading strategic accounts and building qualified sales pipelines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Preferred: experience with FX trading solutions, market data, workflow platforms or post-trade services, familiarity with MAS regulations, and experience across APAC markets
