Associate Client Solutions Consultant

About the role

Fenergo builds AI-powered client lifecycle management and regulatory compliance solutions for financial institutions, covering KYC and AML. The Associate Client Solutions Consultant is a client-facing role in the Client Solutions team, working closely with Global Sales, Product and Professional Services. You will be the first point of contact for client stakeholders and subject matter experts, guiding them through a multi-faceted change process.

Key responsibilities

• Present the Fenergo application to new and existing customers and deliver product demos, including preparation, delivery and follow-up.
• Understand client challenges and develop solutions to win new business.
• Lead onsite engagements to understand customer processes and requirements, and facilitate architecture and solution discussions.
• Scope functional and technical requirements, assess met and unmet needs and recommend solutions that optimise value.
• Provide feedback to the Product organisation on enhancements and use knowledge of competitors to propose the optimal solution.
• Help complete RFx documents with Sales Ops Support and keep sales and professional services aligned.
• Stay up to date on product, regulatory and industry changes and build strong relationships with project, client and Product teams.

Required profile

• Degree or Master's in Business, Management Consulting, Business Information Systems or a similar field; a degree in Business Analytics or Quantitative Studies is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or a software company is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with communication, coordination and negotiation; Mandarin, Cantonese or Malay speakers are preferred.
• Natural leader, detail-oriented, confident in verbal and written communication, and able to own the room.
