Director of Enterprise Sales, APAC

About the role

Expereo is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales for the APAC region, based in Singapore. The role leads a high-performing enterprise sales team, drives new business acquisition and expansion in strategic accounts, and works closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-impact enterprise sales strategy for APAC and build a high-performing sales team with coaching and mentorship.
• Set clear sales KPIs, forecasts and performance metrics, and drive enterprise-level new business and expansion in strategic accounts.
• Identify, develop and close large, complex sales opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Customer Success on lead generation and customer retention.
• Analyse market trends, build executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers and stakeholders, and represent the company at regional industry events.
• Implement sales processes and best practices, report regularly on pipeline and forecast accuracy, and ensure compliance with policies, pricing and contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of sales experience in an Enterprise or B2B environment, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets and scaling revenue across APAC.
• Strong understanding of the industry, market trends and competitive landscape, with a background in telecommunications or technology highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Go-to-market strategy, negotiation, and strong communication and organisational skills.
