Executive Assistant (Contract Role)

About the role

Applied Materials, a global leader in materials science and engineering solutions for semiconductors and advanced displays, is seeking a highly organized, proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant for a full-time temporary contract role in Singapore. The assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership, managing calendars, communications, meetings, travel and key business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials and follow-up actions
• Screen and prioritize communications, track action items and prepare presentations, reports and executive communications
• Organize leadership meetings, town halls, off-sites and business reviews, including logistics, catering and technology needs
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries, and process expense reports
• Act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain organized records, support departmental projects, assist with budget tracking, procurement and vendor coordination, and help improve administrative processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
• Preferred: experience supporting Director, VP or C-level executives, coordinating global meetings and international travel, and working in a multinational environment
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills, with discretion and professionalism with confidential information
