About the role
Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest industrial gas company in south-east Asia, offers a 24-month Future Leaders Programme (FLP) for graduates seeking global exposure and rotations across business functions. Participants are placed in real roles under the supervision of a senior business leader and rotate to related job units to explore the chemicals industry.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable institution with a good academic and co-curricular record.
- Entry-level applicants or candidates with a maximum of 3 years of full-time experience are welcome.
- Strong leadership qualities, excellent numerical and communication skills, high learning agility and resilience.
