Non-Technical Program Manager - Change Management

About the role

Applied Materials, a global leader in materials science and engineering solutions for semiconductors and advanced displays, is hiring a Change Management Program Manager in Singapore. The role leads organizational change initiatives that support the growth, scalability and operational effectiveness of the SPO Central Operations organization, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, organizational structures and business initiatives through structured change management strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for business transformation initiatives and conduct change impact assessments.
• Identify key stakeholders, assess their readiness, influence, risks and engagement needs, and build partnerships with leaders across Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Corporate Functions.
• Develop communication strategies that raise awareness and promote adoption.
• Assess organizational readiness, identify capability gaps and training needs.
• Monitor adoption metrics and engagement indicators, and run surveys, focus groups and feedback sessions.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder concerns, and prepare executive dashboards and progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Organizational Development, PMO or Program Management.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational or operational change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Preferred: Prosci Change Management certification, experience in a technology, semiconductor, manufacturing or operations environment, and experience supporting organizational scaling, shared services or central operations transformations.

Required skills

• PMP, Agile or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
