HR Intern - Internal Communications

About the role

EPOS Pte Ltd is looking for a creative and proactive HR Intern focused on internal communications to join its HR team. The intern supports initiatives that keep employees informed, connected and engaged, and helps HR communicate company updates clearly and engagingly. It is a hands-on role covering employee communications, engagement campaigns, content creation and HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Draft and design announcements, newsletters, posters, emailers and employee updates.
• Create engaging content for internal channels and HR campaigns.
• Help communicate company initiatives, policies, events and key updates to employees.
• Assist with town halls, celebrations and other internal events.
• Develop simple visual materials using tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.
• Gather information from HR team members and stakeholders and turn it into clear, employee-friendly communications.
• Maintain the internal communications calendar so messages are delivered on time.
• Support employer branding and culture initiatives where needed, track campaign participation and suggest improvements.
• Support other HR projects and ad-hoc activities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, with a good eye for content, visuals and presentation.
• Organised, able to manage several tasks and deadlines, and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
• Interest in HR, employee engagement, company culture and internal communications.
• Prior experience with content creation, social media, design or event planning is an advantage.
