Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

EPOS, part of Ant International's merchant payment services business, is a Point-of-Sale digital solutions provider based in Singapore. It is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support its recruitment efforts. The internship lasts 3 to 6 months and offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and employer branding, with close work alongside hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels
• Screen resumes and help with initial candidate outreach and coordination
• Schedule interviews with candidates and liaise with hiring managers
• Help draft and post job advertisements
• Support employer branding, including social media content and talent market research
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist with onboarding so candidates move smoothly to employees
• Support ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects as assigned

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and proactive mindset

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
