ISV and Business Management (Sales)

About the role

This role contributes to defining the category business plan and works with internal teams to make sure it is executed smoothly. It gathers insights on product categories, business challenges and customer needs and turns them into actionable improvements. It handles low-complexity, low-impact tasks under the general supervision of managers.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development and supply chain to align strategies, drive product launches and execute category plans.
• Use advanced sales analytics tools to turn sales data into insights for data-driven decisions.
• Help define the category business plan and strategies with the manager to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage product lines and quotas for a limited, low-complexity range or customer segment.
• Carry out external market analysis to identify trends, competition and customer preferences.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand needs and pain points.
• Assist in areas such as market analysis and marketing engagement, and build relationships across the sales team.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience, preferably in category management, P&L management or a related field, or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
