Manager, Learning Solutionist

About the role

Certis Corporate University (CCU) is seeking a Manager, Learning Solutionist to lead AI and digital capability development across the organisation. You will design and deliver practical, business‑focused learning solutions that turn complex technology concepts into measurable workplace impact.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to analyse current and emerging AI and digital skill gaps and translate them into targeted learning programmes.
• Lead end‑to‑end design, development and delivery of AI and technology learning curricula for diverse audiences.
• Evaluate learning programmes for workplace impact and behavioural change, using insights to continuously improve effectiveness.
• Build strategic partnerships and benchmark against industry best practices to enhance the learning ecosystem.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and knowledge‑sharing through communities of practice.

Required profile

• Degree or higher in AI, data, technology, education, instructional design or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong background in AI/digital domains or L&D with exposure to AI and digital transformation.
