Overnight Chef de Partie - One-Ninety Restaurant

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is looking for an Overnight Chef de Partie for its One-Ninety Restaurant. You will be the driving force behind the kitchen during the night, ensuring exceptional In-Room Dining experiences for guests while preparing the hotel for a successful day ahead. The role suits a confident, independent chef who takes ownership of their station and delivers consistent results.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of overnight kitchen operations and ensure smooth service throughout the shift
• Prepare and deliver high-quality In-Room Dining orders with consistency and attention to detail
• Set up the morning team through meticulous breakfast preparation and mise en place
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and food safety
• Monitor stock levels, manage food rotation and minimise waste
• Support menu development, specials and seasonal offerings
• Communicate with the culinary and service teams on guest requests and operational needs
• Support team members and foster a positive team culture
• Keep kitchen equipment, workstations and storage areas clean and well maintained

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably with a luxury hospitality brand
• Passion for culinary excellence
• Flexible schedule and ability to work permanent overnight shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, quick learner and team player
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
