Regional Director, Singapore

About the role

3i Members is an invitation-only community of family offices and private investors focused on alternative and off-market deal flow, with more than 850 members across nine cities and 27 countries. The company is hiring a Regional Director to grow the 3i community in Singapore. The role drives new member growth and keeps retention high by giving members real value through deals, events and connections, both in person and online.

Key responsibilities

• Grow new members in Singapore by sourcing introductions from existing members, running the membership conversation and guiding prospects through references and invitations.
• Own onboarding so new members are active on the platform, on the events calendar and connected to other members within their first weeks.
• Make sure members get the deals, events and introductions they joined for, and hold quarterly check-in conversations with each new member.
• Partner with the investment team so members hear about deals that match their investments.
• Identify themes, curate the room and host events in the market; the Events team handles logistics.
• Run a consistent process: log every conversation in HubSpot and record every call on Gong.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally with a quota, and experience with sophisticated buyers is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable asking members for introductions and asking prospective members to join.
• Wants coaching: calls are reviewed and weekly, specific feedback is given.
• Internally motivated, curious, takes notes and shows executive presence with accomplished people.

What we offer

• Base salary of $120,000 to $130,000, with a target variable of $120,000 paid quarterly (on-target earnings $240,000 to $250,000).
