Regional VP, Sales (South East Asia)

About the role

Sierra, a platform for customer-facing AI agents working with major brands such as The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health and SoftBank, is hiring a Regional VP, Sales for South East Asia. The role leads and develops a high-performing sales team and owns the regional performance, with the office listed in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team: hire, onboard and develop Enterprise/Strategic Account Executives covering Southeast Asia, coach reps on deal strategy, pipeline management and execution, and identify future leaders.
• Own regional performance: own the regional number and forecast accuracy, inspect pipeline quality, help unblock stalled deals and drive consistent execution of the sales process.
• Partner with RevOps to ensure clean data and clear insights.
• Join key customer and prospect conversations, help reps navigate complex buying committees and late-stage deals, and support pricing, negotiation and close strategy.

Required profile

• 10-15+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role, identifying and closing large accounts.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing, mentoring and developing an enterprise sales team.
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex deals.
• Even better: familiarity with the AI landscape, experience building GTM strategies and sales teams from scratch or early-stage growth.
