Sales Development Representative

About the role

Sylvera, a team of 130+ scientists, engineers and market experts helping organisations make confident decisions in carbon and commodity markets, is growing its commercial team in the APAC region. It is hiring a self-motivated Sales Development Representative in Singapore to support and drive the pipeline, working closely with Account Executives and the commercial and marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting
• Identify product fit and schedule meetings with accounts
• Spot opportunities and strategize with Marketing and Account Executives to target prospects and fill the pipeline
• Run early qualification meetings with prospects up to C-Suite and VP level, addressing their sustainability goals
• Create strategic emails and scalable outbound campaigns
• Maintain and update the CRM
• Own your activity level and meet monthly qualified opportunity metrics and daily KPIs

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales or a related field, with lead qualification at all levels (managers, directors, VPs, executives)
• Fluent English; a Southeast Asian language and Japanese are an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous business development or sales experience
• A self-starter who thrives in evolving environments, ideally with early-stage experience
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to help progress the world toward Net Zero goals
