Sales Support Executive (1 Year Contract)

About the role

This 1-year contract role gives a deeper understanding of the insurance needs of corporate businesses and involvement in the full sales process for corporate business insurance. It can lead to a career in the insurance industry, covering sales, business development, product development, case management, underwriting and operations. The working arrangement is in office.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations.
• Support market research and analysis to find new business opportunities.
• Prepare and set up tracking and fulfilment processes to strengthen governance oversight of customer and distributor campaigns.
• Track and analyse sales data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support basic new business case management and policy servicing follow-ups.
• Coordinate and organise meetings, workshops, training and engagement events related to business development.

Required profile

• Previous experience in insurance, business development, sales or market research is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and give actionable insights, and good problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
